The promotion is open to:

• Hospitality properties (hotels and resorts)

• Healthcare facilities, including but not limited to:

  • Hospitals

  • Long-term care facilities

  • Senior Living

All participating facilities must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

To qualify for the raffle, the participating property must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a Hospitality property or Healthcare facility (hotel, healtchare facility or resort)

• Have a minimum of fifty (50) guest rooms or patient beds

• Execute one (1) of the following with AdcommTV:

• • • A new DIRECTV Hospitality activation, or

    • A 5-year DIRECTV Hospitality renewal

  • Activate a minimum DIRECTV package of:

    • Entertainment Package + Local Channels

  • Contract must be signed and fully executed between:

    February 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

  Only one (1) raffle entry per qualifying property.

• Property ownership groups, healthcare administrators, operators, or authorized representatives signing on behalf of an eligible property/facility

• Ownership groups with multiple properties/facilities may enter each property separately, only if each property independently meets all eligibility requirements and executes its own qualifying agreement

• One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries

• The drawing will take place after September 30, 2026

• Winner will be notified directly by AdcommTV via email and/or phone

• Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted

• Travel arrangements will be coordinated by AdcommTV or its designated travel partner

• Blackout dates, resort availability, airline availability, and booking restrictions may apply

• Winner is responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Travel documents

  • Any applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, or incidental expenses not expressly included

• Winner is solely responsible for all transportation costs and arrangements from their point of origin to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), including return transportation after the trip

• AdcommTV reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance at any time

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification

• AdcommTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events

This promotional raffle (“Promotion”) is sponsored solely by AdcommTV, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
DIRECTV and its affiliates are not sponsors of this Promotion and are not responsible for its administration, execution, or fulfillment.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to eligible hospitality properties and healthcare facilities located in the United States that:

1. Maintain a minimum of fifty (50) guest rooms or patient beds; and
2. Execute either:
   • a new DIRECTV commercial/hospitality service activation, or
   • a five (5) year DIRECTV service renewal,
     through Sponsor; and
3. Activate a minimum DIRECTV programming tier consisting of the Entertainment Package plus Local Channels; and
4. Execute a qualifying agreement between February 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026.

One (1) entry per qualifying property or facility. Multiple facilities under common ownership may enter separately provided each independently meets all eligibility requirements.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of:

• Four (4) night / five (5) day all-inclusive resort stay for two (2) adults at a RIU Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica; and
• Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) adults from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) to Montego Bay (MBJ).

Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. Travel dates, accommodations, airline carrier, and resort location are subject to availability and blackout dates.

Travel & Expense Responsibility

Airfare included in the prize applies only to travel between Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Montego Bay (MBJ).

Winner is solely responsible for all transportation, costs, and arrangements from their point of origin to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), including return transportation after completion of the trip.

Winner is also solely responsible for:

• Valid passports and required travel documentation
• Visas, travel insurance, and health documentation (if applicable)
• Taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, and any expenses not expressly stated as included

Sponsor makes no representations regarding airline schedules, seating, resort amenities, or service levels.

Restrictions

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. No substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after September 30, 2026, from among all eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone. Failure to respond, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to execute required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, and cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, regulatory concerns, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

DIRECTV and its affiliates bear no responsibility or liability for this Promotion, including prize fulfillment, travel arrangements, or any claims arising therefrom.
