Response to COVID-19
We will continue to support our customers throughout this state of emergency
As we continue to aid in slowing down the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of State, the World Health Organization (WHO), and we will comply with all federal and state regulations to reduce the risk to our community. Our main focus remains on supporting the health and livelihood of our employees, while caring for our customers and communities. Therefore, we have made the following adjustments to our business operations:
- Employees have transitioned and are working from home in all instances where work can be completed remotely
- Our Customer Care Center will remain available to ensure customers can continue to receive service and support. We have limited staff and wait times may be longer than usual.
- During this time, remote diagnostics and repair will be implemented as the primary method of customer support. Any non-essential tech-business should be postponed until further notice for the safety of your employees, guests and our technicians.
- All our technicians have been updated with the most current recommendations by the CDC for the sanitation and social distancing practices required.
We ask that everyone practice social distancing and follow the guidelines provided from state and local officials. We know this is a critical, unprecedented time and our thoughts are with those who have been impacted. Rest assured, all of our employees have been apprised of best practices during this time and will receive daily updates when more information is available.
